2026年7月1日～熊本市宿泊税導入のお知らせ

宿泊税は、観光資源の魅力づくり、快適な滞在環境づくりなど、訪れるみなさまの満足度向上や熊本市への来訪・滞在の促進に活用されます。
お客様にはご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

■課税開始日
2026年7月1日ご宿泊分より

■税額
1名1泊につき200円
※宿泊料金の発生しない添い寝のお子様は課税対象外です。
　お子様でもお一人でベッドを使われる場合は課税対象となります。

■お支払いについて
・チェックイン時、またはチェックアウト時にお支払いいただきます。
・一部の予約申し込み方法によっては事前支払いの場合もございます。

Kumamoto City will introduce an Accommodation Tax for all stays on or after July 1, 2026.
This tax will be used to enhance local tourism resources and improve the overall quality of the visitor experience, contributing to greater guest satisfaction and the continued promotion of travel to Kumamoto City.

■ Effective Date
Applicable to stays from July 1, 2026 onward

■ Tax Amount
JPY 200 per person, per night
Children who share a bed and do not incur accommodation charges are exempt.
Children requiring their own bed will be subject to the tax.

■ Payment Method

• The tax will be collected at check-in or check-out.

• Depending on your booking method, advance payment may be required.

• Please refer to your reservation platform for further details.
